Scare unwarranted

I’m driving to work and casually reach my hand over to the back of my upper left arm to scratch an itch. Under the itch I feel a strange… lump. It’s hard and a bit under the skin. I’m a little alarmed. It doesn’t hurt. It isn’t a bruise. It’s just… a lump. I rub it out a bit to see if it will start to hurt. Huh. No. I reach to my right arm. Same lump. I go home and search the Internet. It’s apparantly something called “triceps” and I shouldn’t be worried it’s there. Whew!

PS – GO ME!

So Anna–I’m stoked that you’re back on, you are one of the few websites that I have kept up with over the past year. I just had a baby and boy I thought the weight was hard to get off before, even though I was able to get back down to my pre-preggo weight I have to say it has shifted and my jeans just don’t fit right anymore. Anyway I just wanted to let you know you have a loyal follower and a fellow mommy to support you on your journey

Thank you so much for your support! When I came back on and started posting, I definitely felt like I was talking to myself. Off too long to expect anyone to be reading anymore. That was okay, I needed to do it for me. But still… I wanted to feel connected with someone… ANYone. Having a few comments on here is incredibly reassuring!
