I’m so glad to know that I’m not the only one who has fallen off of the wagon lately–maybe it has something to do with the moon, at least that’s my story
I’m committed to get back on track because the new year is not far away and I refuse to have to make another resolution to lose these last 10 pounds! Next year I will make a promise to keep them off. Keep with it and know you’re not alone in the battle to stay on the wagon.

I’ve been following your site and using your excel spreadsheet for a while, and it really helps. Keep up the great work! Knowing that you’ve been able to do it is such an inspiration to me.
