Starting over over again
August 21st, 2006 by Anna

I haven’t been THAT bad, but I’ve neglected this site more than I intended to. Work has been work. More so than usual. I don’t see it slowing down any time in the near future, either. But I’ll try to make time to get back here at least to post food journals because that was helping a lot. So tomorrow. I’ll do it then.

Thank you both, Jonathan and Alison. Jonathan, you’re the absolute best husband a gal could ask for. Your faith in me gives me faith in myself.

Alison, thank you for your kind words. I’m not giving up! But it helps to “hear” that other people care that I might!

I’m another one who doesn’t want to see you give up, Anna! Every day when I log into the weight tracker site to record my weight, I go to your link to see how you’re doing.
I felt so bad for you the day you posted how tired you were and that you needed a nap. It’s not easy being a working mom…and there you are at the start of a new school year too. Well, please hang in there, Anna. In 6+ weeks I’ve lost 19 pounds, 18 inches. Still watching what I eat and trying to eat healthy, and getting some kind of exercise every day. It’s getting easier, but there are days I’m just dying for a bag of M&M’s….

Thanks, Lin! I’m hanging in there. I don’t see work getting any less stressful, but I’m plugging through it.

That’s AWESOME, by the way. 19 pounds and 18 inches?! Wow! You’re doing great!
